By using The Kith Way and the Inner Path membership, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Datagen Solutions LLC (DBA The Kith Way) ("The Kith Way", "we", "us"), governing your use of this website and any membership content offered through it.

Accounts

To access the Inner Path you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

The Inner Path membership

The Inner Path is a paid subscription giving access to talks, practice material, and weekly Q&A. Membership is billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds and access after cancellation.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change; if we change the price of an active subscription, we will give you reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

Acceptable use

Membership content is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Share, download for redistribution, copy, or resell the audio or other content.
• Share your account or login with others.
• Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or security measures.
• Use the site in any unlawful way or to disrupt its operation.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on The Kith Way — including talks, recordings, text, and design — belongs to The Kith Way and is protected by copyright. Your membership grants a personal license to access it, not ownership.

Wellness Disclaimer

The Kith Way is offered for personal reflection, spiritual practice, and general well-being. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or professional advice.

The content, practices, talks, and Q&A sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, mental health condition, or medical condition. No specific result or outcome is promised.
