Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Inner Path is a simple monthly subscription you can cancel anytime. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel the Inner Path at any time from your account settings. There is no cancellation fee. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be billed again.
• You keep access to membership content until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• After that date, access to the Inner Path ends.

Refunds

Because the Inner Path gives immediate access to digital content, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime and you will keep access until your current paid period ends.

If you were charged in error, or believe there is a billing problem, contact us and we will make it right.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, we may retry it or pause your access until payment succeeds. If you are accidentally charged twice for the same period, we will refund the duplicate charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@thekithway.com with the email address on your account and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3–5 days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
