The Kith Way emerged through more than a decade of spiritual practice, contemplation, and direct exploration into the nature of inner suffering and transformation.
Living as a Saivite monk, Jai began recognizing a simple truth beneath many spiritual traditions: as the inner burdens we carry begin to dissolve, our natural peace, clarity, and wholeness begin to emerge on their own.
The Kith Way is not about following a person or adopting a belief system. It is a simple and deeply personal practice that each individual must explore and discover through their own direct experience.
